I hate the idea of moving on from Myles Garrett from the Cleveland Browns‘ perspective, but I also understand why the organization would consider doing it.
All Garrett has done is produce at a very high level during his time with the organization, so trading him to a team that he wants to play for should be something the Browns’ front office looks to do.
Some might not agree with sending him where he wants to go and only trading him for the best package, which is fair, but I have a feeling the Browns will be able to do both in this scenario.
In a recent trade idea, they would do it somewhat similarly to that. The trade would move Garrett to the Philadelphia Eagles and get picks and a player in return.
“For the sake of football, we should all be rooting for Garrett to get traded. If the Browns are looking for a quarterback (which is something they’ve been doing for the last 20 years), they can trade Garrett to the Eagles. In return, they’d get McKee, the Eagles’ 2026 first-round pick, and maybe a 2027 conditional second-round pick that could turn into a first-round pick,” Jack Beckman of FanSided wrote.
This trade idea isn’t the best, as only one guaranteed first-round pick for Garrett seems very low. If the Eagles were to add a second first-round pick and some more capital to this scenario, it could be worth talking about. However, it seems very unlikely that one pick is going to get the job done.
