The Jacksonville Jaguars are back on the practice field on Thursday for their second practice of the week as they continue preparing for their AFC wild-card matchup with the Buffalo Bills.
Wednesday’s practice was a walkthrough. As of Wednesday, Liam Coen said it was still “TBD” as to whether or not the Jaguars would practice in pads this week. If they do, that’ll happen on Thursday.
The Jaguars’ official injury report will come out later this afternoon, but until then, here is the latest wild-card practice status update from those in attendance.
According to Ryan O’Halloran of the Florida Times-Union, as was the case on Wednesday, offensive lineman Cole Van Lanen and cornerback Jarrian Jones were not present at Thursday’s practice.

On the Wednesday injury report, both were listed as non-participants. Van Lanen was out with a knee injury and Jones with an illness.
With Patrick Mekari back at practice in a limited capacity, Walker Little has likely been at left tackle these past two days, filling in for Van Lanen.
The other 51 players on the Jaguars roster are practicing. As of Wednesday, Greg Newsome, Montaric Brown, and Danny Striggow were limited.
