The Tennessee Titans have watched another former player find a new home during the second wave of NFL free agency.

Pro Football Talk was the first to report that the Arizona Cardinals have signed offensive lineman Olisaemeka Udoh to a one-year deal, ending any shot of him returning for a second season in Nashville.

Udoh was a solid addition in 2025, playing in all 17 games, starting three, and holding down the valuable swing tackle role on game days. The 29-year-old tackle will now join the Cardinals with a chance to compete in a rebuilt offensive line.

A former sixth-round pick out of Elon in the 2019 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings, Udoh has spent time with the Vikings, New Orleans Saints, and Titans over seven seasons in the NFL, logging snaps at every position except center during his career.

Udoh now joins Arden Key, Corey Levin, Chig Okonkwo, Van Jefferson, Sebastian Joseph-Day, James Lynch and Johnny Hekker as Titans who will be moving on in 2026.
