When is UCF football vs Oklahoma State? Time, date, TV, prediction for Week 6 game

The UCF Knights were minutes away from its biggest football win in a long time, leading by three possession at No. 20 Houston.

Alas, the Knights (3-2, 1-1 Big 12) could not thwart the Cougars’ comeback and UCF’s seasons-long road losing skid continued. They will look to snap it on Oct. 11 when they visit Oklahoma State (3-1, 1-0) for and second-straight morning kickoff in the Central time zone.

Keyone Jenkins continues to fill in at quarterback for UCF with Alonza Barnett nursing a hamstring injury. Jenkins was more than serviceable against Houston, going 23-for-35 passing for 235 yards, a touchdown and an interception. But Knights remain the worst offense in the Big 12, averaging only 350 yards per game.

UCF vs Oklahoma State prediction

We’ll we’re inclined to believe the Knights have got to win a road game eventually, and considering how close they were to sealing the deal last week in Houston, it’s enticing to make UCF the pick. But Oklahoma State, led by QB Drew Mestemaker, leads the Big 12 in passing. That’s a hard road to hoe for the Knights.

Prediction: Oklahoma State 45, UCF 27
