ESPN’s March Madness coverage just got significantly bigger after “The Pat McAfee Show” revealed a college basketball coaching great will be joining the NCAA Tournament festivities.
McAfee has become a major figure at ESPN throughout their college sports endeavors, as well as NFL and NBA coverage. However, McAfee will be joined by a Duke Blue Devils legend throughout March Madness.

McAfee revealed Monday that Mike Kryzewski will be on the show throughout the 2026 NCAA Tournament. Coach K will provide insight during March Madness and likely give some takes on his former Duke team.

The Blue Devils earned the number one overall seed for this year’s tournament after winning the ACC Tournament last week. Meanwhile, Duke also has the best championship odds at +300 heading into March Madness.
Coach K’s inclusion in ESPN’s coverage is quite unique considering the Duke legend has rarely been involved in sports media throughout his career.
