One spot remains undetermined, with the Steelers and Ravens playing for the AFC North title on Sunday Night Football.
Otherwise, the top teams with the first-round byes were all settled earlier in Week 18, as well as the other seeds.
Carolina (NFC South), Jacksonville (AFC South) and Seattle (NFC West) all clinched divisions in Week 18.
