The Los Angeles Rams defeated the Arizona Cardinals 37-20 on Sunday at SoFi Stadium, which helped them earn the fifth seed in the NFC playoffs and set up a wild-card matchup with the Carolina Panthers.
Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford had a strong showing on Sunday, completing 62.5% of his passes for 259 yards and four touchdowns, finding Colby Parkinson for two scores and both Tyler Higbee and Puka Nacua for one each.
Stafford’s performance against the Cardinals was good enough to earn NFC Offensive Player of the Week honors. This is Stafford’s fourth time receiving the award, but it’s the first time since Week 3 of the 2021 NFL season.
Los Angeles hasn’t looked their best down the stretch, but Stafford will need to be the best version of himself if the Rams want to make another run to the Super Bowl.
