The Arizona Cardinals added a player to their roster on Wednesday. The team announced it was awarded tackle Albert Reese on a waiver claim.
Reese had been cut by the Carolina Panthers.
He is a rookie who went undrafted out of Mississippi State. He signed with the Panthers and was inactive for their first five games of the season.
He is 6-7 and 325 pounds.
Reese played 49 games with 22 starts at tackle over five seasons (2021-25) at Mississippi State. He started all nine games played in 2025 and started all 12 games in 2024 as won the Kent Hull Trophy as the best offensive lineman in Mississippi.
To make room for Reese on the active roster, the Cardinals cut tight end Shawn Bowman, whom they signed from the practice squad last week.
The move now gives the Cardinals nine offensive linemen and four tackles on the roster.
