Hello everybody, and welcome back to another week of the WWE‘s Men’s Power Rankings. With Money in the Bank less than two weeks away, we could see some of the major superstars taking a break right now.
That means those superstars will most likely get a storyline for Survivor Series, which, of course, is War Games again this year. Regardless, it’s great to see the WWE finally not overworking their wrestlers, which I feel has led to better matches and their overall performances.
That being said, let’s get to this week’s list and see how these stories have unfolded since last week. Have a great day, everyone, and may the slams be with you.

Ranks 10-8

10. Penta:
Penta and Je’Von Evans had a tag team match against J.D. McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio in RAW yesterday. The Judgment Day definitely made this match hard for Penta and Evans, but in the end, they still won. Going forward, it would be nice to see Penta detach himself from this feud, but with the WWE, you never know.
9. Trick Williams:
Trick Williams defeated Baron Corbin on SmackDown last week to retain his U.S. Championship. This match was in a steel cage, which led to some pretty brutal moments at times. Regardless, Corbin had problems with Lil Yachty again after he kicked the door to the cage, which hit Yachty. Yachty returned the favor later in the match, which led to Williams winning.
8. Chad Gable:
Chad Gable defeated Dragon Lee in their Intercontinental Championship Match on RAW last week. Unfortunately, he was not on RAW this week, so I assume he’ll either be back later this week or on RAW next week.
Ranks 7-4

7. “Main Event” Jey Uso:
Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso started off RAW with a string promo to give out a warning to the WWE roster going forward. They talked about looking weak and not healing it anymore. Jacob Fatu was also present, and he seems to be back in his bodyguard mode at the moment. Going forward, this is going to set up War Games, once we get past Money in the Bank. YEET!
6. Seth Rollins:
Seth “Freakin” Rollins slips to fifth on this list after losing to Roman Reigns in the Main Event at SummerSlam. Since then, Rollins has cut some promos and gone face to face with a few wrestlers, but hasn’t been b on T.V. for a minute. That’s okay because he’s really not needed right now and should show up next week.
5. Oba Femi:
Oba Femi decided to come out and call it the Vision, who had been a thorn in his side. After some well-placed words that generated a pop, Bron Breakker and The Vision showed up ready to crash the party. Breakker reminded Femi that every time they meet, he’s the one laid out. This feud is just heating up, so it’s going to be nice to see how this plays out at MITB, while we head towards Survivor Series.
4. C.M. Punk:
C.M. Punk defeated Finn Balór and Gunther to cash his ticket into the Money in the Bank match. This match had it all, from great work by all three wrestlers to the ongoing storylines between these superstars. In the end, Punk deserved to win because I always like seeing Balór in MITB matches due to his insane moveset he brings to the match.

3. Sami Zayn:
Sami Zayn had the night off, but that didn’t stop him from talking about some injustices he’s been seeing going on around him. He pointed out that Nick Aldis has it out for him and that putting him in a match with Kevin Owens was unacceptable. Johnny Gargano came by and started talking about helping him out in hopes of getting a shot at the title, but Zayn just blew him off with some inspiring words that left Gargano puzzled, to say the least.
2. Cody Rhodes:
Cody Rhodes came to the ring to talk about some things he heard after seeing Randy Orton‘s interview with Michael Cole. One of those things was that he has no killer instinct in him, which works right into a heel turn eventually coming for Rhodes. I know a lot of people don’t want to see this, but since his story is done, why not go burn someone else’s up? Now that’s an American Nightmare I want to see.
1. Roman Reigns:
Roman Reigns was off T.V. as well this week, but that didn’t stop L.A. Knight from cutting a promo on him. After being announced that he will face Reigns at MITB for the WWE Heavyweight Championship, Knight talked up Reigns, acknowledging his accomplishments before saying he’s leaving New Orleans with his title.
