Cornerback Chance Tucker is leaving the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. He’s transferring to North Dakota State.
Tucker has played for the Irish for three seasons, appearing in 14 games and making 3 tackles. Tucker missed the entire 2024 season with an ACL injury and was granted a medical redshirt.
Notre Dame will be losing a veteran backup, but the Irish should have enough depth to absorb the blow.
Notre Dame DB transfer Chance Tucker (@ChanceTucker7) has committed to North Dakota State, per his reps @jonm_salter & @josephtimpanodm.
He played in four games this season and has played in 14 in his career.https://t.co/x1PpaZbg0Ppic.twitter.com/yMGJfsYxn7
