Harry Maguire has penned a new contract to keep him at Old Trafford for at least another season.
The defender first joined Manchester United from Leicester City for a reported £80 million back in the summer of 2019.
Since then Maguire has played 266 times for the club, chipping in with 17 goals from defence – some of those important lat goals like the winner he scored against Liverpool earlier this season.
According to journalist Andy Mitten, 33-year-old Maguire has agreed to extend his contract that was due to expire at the end of this season. The deal also includes an option to extend for a further season.
Magurie is suspended for the upcoming game against Leeds United on Monday but did feature for England during the international break.
