The Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jaylen Warren was just hit with a massive fine for his play in last week’s win over the Miami Dolphins.

On Saturday’s newly released Week 15 fines, Warren was docked $17,130 for unnecessary roughness, specifically for using his helmet on a blocking play with 19 seconds remaining in the first quarter.

Footage of the play that got Warren fined can be seen down below, courtesy of Penn Live’s Nick Farabaugh.

Warren was the only Steeler fined in the Week 15 win over Miami, while Dolphins LB Jordyn Brooks received two fines — $11,593 for taunting and $11,593 for a facemask penalty.

A powerful running back who prides himself on taking on hitting defenders in pass protection like he does rush lanes, Warren’s physical style of play has gotten him in trouble in the past, such as the huge $48,333 fine he received in 2023 for illegal use of the helmet against then-Cleveland Browns safety Juan Thornhill.
