Former New York Giants assistants Carmen Bricillo and Shea Tierney are reportedly reuniting with ex-head coach Brian Daboll in Tennessee.
Daboll, recently hired as the Titans‘ offensive coordinator under new head coach Robert Saleh, is bringing key pieces from his Giants tenure to bolster the unit.
Bricillo, who served as the Giants’ offensive line coach for the past two seasons, is expected to take the same role with the Titans. His work in New York helped improve the line’s performance and cohesion, earning praise from players and staff.

However, with the Giants undergoing a major overhaul under incoming head coach John Harbaugh — who opted not to retain Bricillo and was eyeing other options like George Warhop — Bricillo’s move aligns with his prior ties to Daboll.
Tierney, the Giants’ quarterbacks coach under Daboll, will reportedly join as the Titans’ QBs coach. Their collaboration dates back further, including Tierney’s time working with Daboll at Alabama in 2017.
The #Titans are hiring Shea Tierney as QB coach, sources say. Tierney served in the same role on Brian Daboll’s coaching staff, working with Daniel Jones, Jaxson Dart, Tommy DeVito, Russell Wilson, and more.

These hires reflect Daboll “getting the band back together” as he builds his offensive staff in Nashville. The moves come amid broader coaching carousel shifts following Daboll’s departure from New York.
